"Was insured with State Farm for over 4 years. Their rates would go up every 6 months. Everytime I email both Greg and Daniel they either don’t answer until I call or a week later. When I do call Greg Heinz office, since I got my insurance with them from the start, I get the same excuse. Even though I have a great driving record the cost to be replace my car is costing more everyday, so I have to pay more. Also because other driver keep getting in accident I have to pay for their mistakes. When I finally got fed up and canceled, I got met with zero respect. Moral of the story, this office is a joke. They don’t care for your saving or you."
